What is your repair/exchange/return policy?
A: If you would like to return or exchange any part of your order, please ship back the specific products with a copy of this invoice. Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your order date. Products must be in new and unworn condition. Please include details of the products that you would like in exchange for the returned product. If you would like to have an item repaired we ask that you also include an order number within the package that is sent back to us. We accept repairs at any time.

A: Our products are sent to you wrapped in tissue paper and each item is placed in it's own gift box.
Do you offer gift messages for online orders?
A: Yes, we do offer the option for providing a personalized message. Upon checkout there is a box that you can check at the bottom of the checkout form. Next to the question, 'Is this order a gift?' there will be an option to mark 'Yes'. When you mark 'Yes' a drop down menu will appear for you to Hide Pricing and include a short message.
